Senior HR Officer (m/f/x)

avec les reponsabilités suivantes:

  • Gestion des salaires conforme aux délais et à la situation (CNS, CCSS, ACD, ...)
  • On- et Offboarding
  • Reporting / Budget
  • Suivi du processus de recrutement (description de poste, analyse des CV, planification et réalisation d'entretiens d'embauche)
  • Conseil et suivi des cadres supérieurs, des salariés et des retraités,
  • Tenue régulière des dossiers du personnel, du système d'information du personnel et de la saisie des heures de travail.

Votre profil:

  • Formation achevée, idéalement avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine des RH
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation des applications informatiques Gesper et DSK est un avantage.
  • Allemand/français parlé et écrit couramment sont indispensables. Le luxembourgeois constitue un avantage.
