The Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) is looking for an HR Generalist who will join its young and dynamic Human Resources Team and support the implementation of the Human Resources policy at all levels.

**Your Role**:

- Assist the Human Resources Director in his/her contribution to the implementation of LISER’s HR policy and in his/her animation of the related cyclical processes, as defined notably in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), by providing adequate and professional preparation, administrative support and follow-up, using the necessary skills, know-hows and methodologies for effective and successful outcomes;
- Contribute transversally to LISER’s Human Resources service to ensure it supports the research institute in achieving development, excellence and impact;
- Foster a work environment that promotes continuous improvement and aligns continuously with research needs;
- Create synergies between the HR functions such as payroll, training and recruitment;
- Enable integrated and efficient HR operations workflows tailored to LISER’s research and development needs;
- Facilitate streamlined HR operations for optimal performance;

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- Experience of minimum 2 years in the fields of Human Resources ideally in a research environment;
- Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and IT skills (MS Office, HRIS tool);
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines;
- Service-orientation, flexibility, and good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills; supporting the development of solid internal and external relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Team-player with demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving as well as a can-do and positive attitude;
- Project Management experience in HR-related fields is an asset;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset;
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with respect and discretion.
