Description du poste :
Vos missions
- Assurer une relation de confiance avec le client afin de garantir sa satisfaction et l'influencer dans ses orientations et choix
- Assurer le développement du chiffre d'affaires en détectant de nouveaux leads chez les clients (promotion de solutions complexes cross domaines, ICT et Telco)
- Maitriser l'organisation ainsi que le circuit décisionnel de ses clients
- Tenir à jour le CRM
- Collaborer avec les autres services dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de vente (budget / volume quantitatif / qualitatif) fixés par la direction commerciale
- Participer à la définition de la politique commerciale :
- Collaborer activement avec les différentes entités de POST Group
- Suivre l'enregistrement des commandes et s'assurer de la transmission des commandes vers les services de « back office »
- Contribuer activement aux appels d'offres et collaborer avec le BID Management
- Motiver les différentes parties prenantes dans l'élaboration de réponses à des dossiers complexes
- Se tenir disponible pour les services comptables et recouvrements afin de répondre aux éventuelles questions relatives aux relances de factures importantes impayées
- Se tenir informé sur l'actualité et les produits POST Telecom et les technologies du secteur d'activité
- Véhiculer une image positive de l'entreprise en participant régulièrement et activement aux séminaires, foires et événements organisés
- Avoir une formation en commerce/vente
- Avoir une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des solutions de l'entreprise ainsi que de l'organisation et du circuit décisionnel des clients
- Connaitre le marché luxembourgeois et les nouvelles technologies
- Être capable de générer de nouvelles opportunités business
- Maitriser l'anglais et le français. L'allemand et le luxembourgeois constituent un atout
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en relation client, avec une capacité d'écoute active
- Être capable de travailler en équipe
- Être proactif et orienté résultats
Niveau d'étude : Bac +3
Expérience professionnelle : 3-4 ans
