Job Description:

Events coordination:

  • Support and lead in the organisation of client events, conferences and webinars
  • Management of our CRM database and marketing and events management systems
  • Coordination with external providers and local associations

Marketing

  • Support in the creation and update of marketing materials: brochures, videos, presentations, client briefings
  • Digital communication: social media management on the operational and content marketing, corporate website management
  • Coordination with local and international teams for all operational aspects.

Communication

  • Management of internal communication (news, internal forums, events)
  • Management of external communication linked to events and clients communication.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • An academic degree (bachelor or master)
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated marketing and events management experience ideally in a professional/financial services or law firm
  • Fluency in English is required, French and/or German considered as a strong asset
  • Good working knowledge of virtual event platforms would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills to organise and prioritise work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to withstand pressure and to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and highly organized
  • Take ownership of opportunities, be proactive
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude, be energetic but calm under pressure
