Au sein de la Banque professionnelle le département Funds & Institutional Clients s'occupe de la clientèle des fonds d'investissement ainsi que des autres clients institutionnels.
En tant que Operational Client Support Officer, votre mission principale est de veiller au bon déroulement des processus de paiements pour l'ensemble de la clientèle de la banque professionnelle.
Vos responsabilités sont multiples:
- Vous êtes en charge d'analyser, contrôler et instruire le flux quotidien entrant et sortant des factures des fonds d'investissement ainsi que les instructions des clients institutionnels afin de garantir l'exactitude des paiements selon les règles KYC & AML en vigueur.
- Vous assurez le contrôle et la validation des données requises (montants, taux, etc.) dans les contrats établis entre le fonds d'investissement et les différents prestataires.
- Vous assurez le suivi et la réconciliation du flux des paiements.
- Vous prenez en charge les demandes ponctuelles des clients relatives aux opérations de paiements, et trouvez une solution appropriée afin de garantir un service de qualité.
A moyen terme, vous pourriez être également amené à intervenir sur les activités suivantes:
- Etablir et assurer le suivi de paiement des factures relatives aux différents services prestés par le département des fonds d'investissement. Organiser et consolider les données émises par l'administration centrale afin de garantir les rémunérations correspondantes.
- Préparer et consolider les provisions mensuelles liées aux frais de la banque dépositaire et de l'administration centrale, et les reporter auprès de l'équipe Finance.
- Réconcilier les comptes du département et garantir l'exactitude des flux opérationnels liés aux activités de paiements de la banque professionnelle.
- Identifier toute anomalie administrative susceptible de générer un risque opérationnel et en informer les équipes appropriées.
**Profil**:
- De formation Bac+3/Bac+5 à orientation économique ou gestion, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances du monde bancaire, en particulier dans le domaine des titres et des paiements, et connaissez bien les flux opérationnels des fonds d'investissement.
- Ayant un goût prononcé pour les chiffres, vous disposez de bonnes capacités analytiques et faites preuve de rigueur et de précision.
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel, et une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques du monde bancaire.
- Organisé-e et orienté-e client, vous gérez vos priorités pour respecter les délais et délivrer un service de qualité auprès de notre clientèle.
- Vous êtes proactif-ve et désireux-se de comprendre l'ensemble des flux opérationnels liés à l'activité des paiements.
- Vous communiquez avec aisance et professionnalisme, et vous êtes orienté-é résultats
- Vous avez un excellent niveau de français (C2) et d'anglais (C1), la maîtrise de l'allemand est un atout pour cette fonction.
