Your Challenge
Performing all daily and periodic regulatory compliance duties, such as

  • AML and Sanctions related expost and exante transaction monitoring
  • Name list matches assessment
  • Periodical evaluation of existing clients / KYC records according to established policies and procedures
  • Performing controls as per the Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • Conducting ad hoc investigations on high risk clients and unusual transactions
  • Manage requests from authorities, draft/submit SARs/STRs to Luxembourg's FIU and contribute to internal and external reports
as well as executing further compliance tasks, inter alia

  • Performing Due Diligence on prospects/new clients, assessing KYC information/documentation from a Financial Crime (incl. tax) and Regulatory Compliance (esp. MiFID) perspective as per the applicable riskbased approach
  • Advising and supporting all relevant stakeholders in all compliance matters considering roles and responsibilities as per the 3LinesofDefense-Model
  • Contributing to the regulatory change management, to the implementation of respective policies and other framework documents and to the execution of related trainings.

Your Profile

  • You ideally have a master degree in business management, finance, law or similar disciplines
  • You gained prior working experiences of at least five years in compliance or a compliance related function in the banking, consultancy or audit sector and have knowledge of the banking processes (ideally in the private banking sector) including the relevant regulatory requirements
  • You possess strong written and verbal, target audience oriented communication skills
  • You enjoy both working independently but as well in a team and with other departments
  • You are (internal) customeroriented and show a high degree of integrity and reliability
  • You have a solutionoriented working approach and excellent analytical skills
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish (verbally and in writing), German or any other Scandinavian language is an asset.
