You will be part of a team of 2 in Luxembourg, within an office of 10 people, and you will work together with the Assistant Corporate & Compliance and the Conducting Officer.


This position involves providing crucial compliance and regulatory legal support for a variety of projects concerning operation in Continental Europe, managed funds, and joint ventures.

The office is ideally located in the "gare area" of Luxembourg city, easily accessible by public transports.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual compliance monitoring program for regulated entities in Luxembourg.
  • Execute the delegates' monitoring program for regulated entities in Luxembourg.
  • Coordinate and prepare various reports for regulatory authorities.
  • Provide advice and research diverse compliance topics.
  • Support the KYC verification process and contribute to the privacy program.
  • Monitor and stay abreast of regulatory developments.
  • Assist the conducting officer in preparing risk reports and engaging in other risk management activities.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in legal studies, with ideally 14 years of relevant legal or compliance experience in Luxembourg.
  • Keen interest in real estate funds and real estate developments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across offices and with external stakeholders.
  • Committed to taking on increasing responsibilities and working closely with other inhouse compliance, legal, and risk professionals.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or German considered a plus.
