We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include valueadding analytics, trading strategy support and digital frontend interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.

Company presence: Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week):
Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school
Your role:
- Involved in all matters linked to the functioning of the governance bodies of the Manco, according to the local regulation requirements.
- Contribute to maintain the highest standards as far as the Manco's corporate governance is concerned.
- Aware of the rules of both internal and external constraints to assist the Board/the Executive Committee in any decisionmaking process.
- Maintaining and monitoring of the documentation pertaining to the Corporate records of the Manco.
- Dispatch of public information and documentation.
- Mandatory declarations and reportings to regulator and administrative bodies in due time or when requested.
- Liaising with Group colleagues for all governancerelated matters.
- Contribute to driving change and improvement in corporate governance.
Your profile:
- Pursuing a Bachelor or University degree in legal/paralegal/compliance
- Knowledge in Governance good practices,
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask,
- Comfortable interacting with top management,
- Detailoriented, highly organised and with problemsolving skills,
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask,
- Discretion in handling confidential information,
- Perfect command of French and English. Other European languages would be considered as an asset.
