Als Manager:in auf Zeit berätst du Kund:innen mit deiner breiten Expertise für den Gebäudebetrieb. Du moderierst Workshops und analysierst den Bedarf - von der Reinigung bis zur Sicherheit. Mit deinem Projektteam entwickelst du Servicespezifikationen und Betriebskonzepte. Dabei erkennst du Optimierungspotenziale - sei es bei Prozessen und Verträgen oder bei der Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen. Und vor allem punktest du mit Digitalisierung - etwa durch das Definieren und Implementieren neuer Apps oder Tools wie CAIFM-Systeme.
**Was du mitbringst - außer Leidenschaft?**:
**_**Du hast einen FH- oder Uniabschluss - z. B. für Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Immobilienmanagement oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
**_**Im Idealfall kommen einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management oder Immobilienmanagement hinzu - inklusive Expertise im Vertragswesen
**_**Du brennst für BIM, Smartbuilding, zukunftsorientiertes und nachhaltiges Betreiben von Gebäuden und kennst dich mit den digitalen Tools der Branche aus
**_**Du bist ein Profi für modernes Projektmanagement und liebst es, Workshops zu moderieren und zu präsentieren - ob in Deutsch UND Englisch
**_**Du bist neugierig, kommunikativ und entwickelst dich und andere gerne weiter - New Work und unternehmerisches Denken hast du auch persönlich verinnerlicht
