Your future responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare, scan, index and archive multichannel documents;
  • Prepare documents for machine learning based processes;
  • Process internal customer's requests according to priority;
  • Prepare legal filings based on companies' decisions, ensuring that the law is respected, interface between the Administration and internal staff expectations;
  • Ensure timely and proper filing of Corporate Tax and VAT returns;
  • Communication with internal teams for gathering information, analysing requests ensuring internal processes are respected.

Your Profile:

What we'll look for on your CV:

  • You are currently enrolled In an Educational Institution and you will be able to provide an Internship agreement for the duration for your traineeship;
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • You have a good understanding in French and English;
  • Administrative skills including MS Office, documents processing and archiving are well appreciated;
  • You are well organised, methodical and pay attention to detail;
  • You have a strong team spirit and understand priorities as a team;
  • You are both rigorous and flexible.
