Vos responsabilités | Corporate Officer - Legal - Fiduciaire - Juridique
En tant que Junior Corporate Officer, vos responsabilités comprendront la gestion de votre portefeuille clients, de la constitution à la liquidation, principalement composé de sociétés financières telles que des SOPARFI, Sociétés Commerciales, PE/RE, Holdings.
L'organisation des assemblées telles que les Board Meetings, Shareholders meetings, AGO, AGE, feront partie de vos attributions.
Vous serez le principal point de contact pour vos clients, les avocats, les banques et autres administrations pertinentes, dans le cadre de vos missions et devrait assurer un suivi et communication avec les parties prenantes.
Vous assisterez sur les questions Compliance, telles que AML/KYC, en collectant les documents nécessaires et faisant la revue et mis à jour des dossiers clients actuels.
Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer - Legal - Fiduciaire - Juridique
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un talent ayant eu une première exposition aux tâches Corporate par le biais d'une première expérience ou bien d'un stage universitaire auprès d'une structure au Luxembourg.
Vous êtes bilingue en français et possédez de bonnes compétences en anglais. Tout autre langues sera considéré comme un avantage.
