**Missions**:
En tant qu'Acheteur, vous contribuez à la gestion quotidienne de toutes les activités en relation avec le processus d'acquisition de biens, services et travaux pour la Banque dans le respect de la politique d'achat définie, des procédures internes et de la législation sur les marchés publics.

Vous rapportez au chef de la section Procurement.
- Vous gérez les processus d'acquisitions des biens, services et travaux pour la Banque et contribuez au processus de gestion des contrats;
- Vous participez à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour des stratégies de passation de marchés dans un large éventail de domaines (services généraux, ressources humaines, communication, fournisseurs d'informations, etc.);
- Vous réalisez des analyses de marché pour identifier des solutions d'approvisionnement et d'affaires innovatrices afin d'assurer la meilleure prestation de services;
- Vous planifiez et exécutez des processus de négociation efficaces avec les fournisseurs;
- Vous centralisez et supervisez la gestion des contrats incluant la gestion de la relation contractuelle avec les fournisseurs et le monitoring de performance.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Vous avez une expérience pertinente dans les achats et les processus liés;
- La connaissance de la législation européenne en matière de gestion des marchés publics est considérée comme un fort atout;
- Vous avez une forte capacité à analyser et à interpréter les termes contractuels, les spécifications et les clauses dans les contrats de prestation;
- Vous savez rechercher, exploiter et analyser des données économiques et financières;
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en négociation et en communication et avez un bon relationnel;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

**Compétences comportementales**
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités organisationnelles, vous gérez votre temps et vos priorités tout en gérant plusieurs contrats simultanément.

**Conditions d'admission**:
**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d'un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d'enseignement supérieur reconnu par l'Etat du siège de l'établissement et sanctionnant l'accomplissement avec succès d'un master en gestion, droit, achats, commerce ou domaine connexe.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d'un État membre de l'Union européenne.

**Langues**

Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand et du luxembourgeois constitue un avantage.
