Account Advisor - Back office position

(M/F) Full time, Permanent

At Leudelange - Luxembourg

Overall job purpose

We are looking for an Account Advisor to work in direct collaboration with an Account Manager. At LeasePlan you will be part of a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic team.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will prepare and send sales proposals
  • You will manage customer reporting
  • You will be responsible to update internal databases and contract details
  • You will prepare calculations for final settlements
Your Profile

  • You have a University Degree (as per Bac +2)
  • You are customer satisfaction oriented
  • You are rigorous and diligent
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude
  • You have experience in a customer service role and with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
  • You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English, French
  • German is a strong advantage
  • You are highly skilled in timemanagement
  • You are an active listener and communicative person
  • You are someone who is customercentric and loves to close a deal
  • You work efficiently and you are not bored by administrative tasks
  • You have an interest in the automotive world
  • You think along with the prospect/customer and the internal working methods (outofthebox thinking)
  • You are committed to your work
  • You work accurately and are stressresistant
  • You are driven by a problem solving attitude
  • Your excellent ability to work in a team and your strong "handson" mentality complete your profil
