Der Bereich Human Resources betreut alle Mitarbeiter am Standort Luxembourg.

Durch Ihre Mitarbeit in unserem Team erhalten Sie nicht nur einen Einblick in die unterschiedlichen Bereiche des Personalwesens, sondern unterstützen auch nachhaltig im Tagesgeschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Bewerbermanagement aller Praktikanten der Deutschen Bank Luxembourg S.A. und deren Betreuung nach der Einstellung
- Eigenständiges Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. der Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen, sowie der Bearbeitung von Rechnungen
- Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Kontrolle aller Payroll-relevanten Sachverhalte
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung diverser Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation hausinterner Sprachkurse und Trainings

Qualifikationsanforderungen:

- Studium, bevorzugt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura, Psychologie oder Sozialwissenschaften
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
- Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie Kundenorientiertheit
- Teamplayer und Organisationstalent

Der ausgewählte Bewerber muss ein polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen.
