About the Role:For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to support the team in designing and delivering the Ferrero Group Internal Communication strategy.
In this position, you will be responsible for actively supporting the internal communication activities of the Group Internal Communication team. The objective is to engage and empower employees, creating awareness about the Group’s global initiatives.
You will work with the Internal Communication Manager and several internal stakeholders from different locations around the world, while closely interacting with colleagues from various Company’s Functions and the global network of Internal Communication professionals.
You will have the opportunity to get an in-depth view of the main internal communication tools and practices.
By coverig this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a variety of internal communication campaigns and activities within the Ferrero ecosystem.
You will write, edit, review content for the creation of communication materials (digital, print) to feed internal channels with relevant messages (intranet, digital signage, enterprise social network…) and prepare briefs for creative agencies.
Moreover, you will manage Ferrero’s local intranet and support transition to a digital workplace.
You will source, create and update content in cooperation with the relevant functions. Also, you will be led to ensure the development of the local site, enhance the existing analytics approach and contribute to intranet management projects with the aim to enhance user adoption/boost employee engagement.
On top of that, contributing to the management of large-scale projects in connection to the Group’s transformational projects will be under your responsibility. You will support the coordination and implementation of new initiatives aimed at building/supporting Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and more.
You will finally participate in the organization of internal events including Global digital brand activations in collaboration with Marketing, Town Halls and other employee engagement activities.
You will bring your educational background in Communications, Business or Marketing with knowledge of related trends, as well as strong interest in digital tools and online platforms.
You are showing ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment with a detailed-oriented minset.
You are also demonstrating interest for communication, social media and employee engagement.
On top of this, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with SharePoint and/or other Content Management Systems.
You are fluent in English.
