Wunderman Thompson has an international atmosphere, with a dynamic, young and multicultural team. The company is part of WPP's fully-owned global digital agency, Wunderman Thompson Commerce.
We are currently looking for an **HR Intern **to help the HR Generalist. We are looking for a profile that can bring talent, experience and commitment.
**Requirements**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering employee questions
- Creating and distributing documents
- Maintaining calendars of HR team
- Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
- Participating in recruitment efforts
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Collecting employment and tax information
- Preparing new employee files
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Office Management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources obtained or in the process of obtention
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to read, write and speak in English language, French is a plus
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
- Must be organized and accurate
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
- Available immediately, 6 month-internship (possibility of renewal)
