**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQs, we are looking for** an intern who will join our Diversity & Inclusion team inside the HR&OI department.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
You **will support the creation of content, training materials, and presentations **for the DE&I events and internal/external communication channels.
You **will help in researching best practices** to recommend new approaches, training, and procedures to **effect continuous improvement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.**
Moreover, one of your missions** will be to track and analyze DE&I metrics, efforts, and accomplishments** via reports and presentation materials.
On top of this, you **will contribute to the further development of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Roadmap** for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
Finally, you role **will be to collaborate within central HR department and Ambassadors in Ferrero’s regions.**
**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **understanding of basis data analysis** and your** interest of DEI challenges and practice.**
Your **communication skills** and your motivation to** work in an international environment** will be essential in your daily activity.
On top of that, the key of your success will be your** knowledge of MS Office Suite** and your** fluency in English.**
