Legislation & Quality Representative Complementary

For our department _Ops Engineering_** **within **LuxairAirlines**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Legislation & Quality Representative Complementary Function_**

**_Main duties:_**
- Introduces and maintains the EASA OPS structure and grants the follow-up of all the legal OPS Engineering aspects according to legal and internal regulations in force. Is responsible for updating the OM Part A according to the regulations in force.
- Takes corrective actions on non-compliances noticed by various internal and external audits between Flight Ops manuals/procedures and the current international regulations or standards.
- As Quality Representative for Flight Operations, participates to Quality representative
meetings, Safety and Quality Action Groups, and take subsequent corrective actions. Performs internal audits
- Is responsible for revising the FOAM, and ensuring that all procedures within Flight
Operations Department are up-to-date/compliant and applied.
- Is responsible to follow up all publications in AMOS having an impact on flight operations
and to have manuals implemented if required
- Is responsible for any project in connection with documentation and ensures, in liaison with Flight Ops Engineering, the updating of the Crew Document Website
- Assures the back up of key flight operations engineering staff and assists in case of punctual
need.
- Performs administrative work for the Flight Ops Engineering department.
- Ensures that mandatory trainings for the Flight Ops Engineering department are done on time and recorded in Cornerstone.

**_Required profile:_**

**_Minimum required criteria:_**
- Provide a Master degree in aeronautics and a proven technical, aeronautical or aviation experience
- Have a deep knowledge of AIR OPS regulation
- Have minimum knowledge in “Operations Engineering” matters or equivalent experience
- Be organized and able to work autonomously
- Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)

**_ Desired or to be acquired criteria:_**
- Refer to the training table
- Attend a regulation (AIR OPS) training
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
- Have a knowledge in auditing, safety and quality
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
