About the Role:Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a talented Point of Sales Materials Specialist to join the Area APAC MEA Point of Sales Materials team.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage Assigned Categories
Covering this role, you will identify opportunities for improvement in the current Harmonized Portfolio based on market feedback, Group Best Practices, and competitor activities. You will align with local Business Units (BUs) on new material development to meet cross-market needs, improve presence in relevant channels, and create value for shoppers and retailers.
You will collect feedback from local Trade Marketing Teams on Harmonized Portfolio implementation to highlight improvement points for future productions. You will also propose key projects to the Multifunctional Team targeting continuous improvement in the portfolio, generating recommendations for the following year's technical design.
Moreover, you will promote Harmonized solutions to optimize the portfolio within the area, supporting efficiency across financial, technical, visual, and qualitative aspects.
You will also manage requests for the development of new materials from local BUs with the Multifunctional Team, ensuring feasibility and timely development, and promote these new solutions to the entire area, seeking synergies and bundling opportunities.
Implementation Plan
Your responsibilities will include collecting forecasts by material, activity, and market from all regions for Harmonized solutions, enabling the Procurement Team to discuss a yearly production plan with vendors and obtain quotations in line with it. You will monitor the order confirmation plan for all regions in terms of timing, quantities, artworks, and logistics details to ensure materials availability in Ferrero warehouses, in line with Activity Grids and the deployment plan.
Multifunctional Team
Thanks to your efforts, you will ensure the correct flow of data within the Multifunctional Team concerning the development of the Harmonized Portfolio for the assigned categories. You will support the preparation of relevant presentations for the Multifunctional Team's regular meetings to align stakeholders on the status and future direction of ongoing projects.
Additionally, you will collect and re-work relevant data within the team to support the Point of Sales Materials (POSM) Manager in preparing regular updates at the Area level. Lastly, you will serve as the contact point in the Area Multifunctional Team and Local teams for all requests related to the assigned categories.
e-Catalogue
In this position, you will manage the content of the e-catalogue, ensuring that all Harmonized items are available on the platform for all BUs.
Your responsibilities will include collecting all relevant information to feed the catalogue, including materials, artworks/templates, master data, attributes, quotations, and related vendors. You will review the set of reports on the usage of the e-catalogue solution, identifying unused objects and updating the content regularly.
Additionally, you will support Local Teams in using the e-catalogue tools, providing practical feedback to ensure the correct ordering of Harmonized materials. Finally, you will manage the Power BI Dashboard to review results versus projections and highlight areas for improvement.
You will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing roles, preferably within Ferrero or a top-tier CPG manufacturer.
Your experience with market research and analysis will be crucial, complemented by your analytical skills and strong numeric abilities.
Your effective communication and organizational skills will prove essential, alongside a dynamic and proactive approach. You will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while thinking critically and creatively.
Lastly, you are fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, and in SAP/SAP Ariba as a user.
