**About the Role**:
In our Luxembourg Headquarters, we are looking for a **fixed-term contract Business Intelligence Specialist and Trade Marketing Assistant** for our **Travel Market business unit.**
Covering this position, you will become part of our **Trade Marketing department **and report to the **Travel Market Trade Marketing Manager.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role you will guarantee the **maintenance of the Business Unit database** and you will be responsible for the preparation of **reports, dashboards and analysis** requested by the management, integrating **additional key data in the current tools** and adapting the reports to the different **ad-hoc requests**.
You will become the **point of reference for the Business Unit** in providing all the **documents related to key trends** (sell-out, passengers trends, etc.) for decision making, business planning and insights presentation, ensuring the **monitoring of company figures and main KPIs**.
You will also take care of **market share and passengers traffic data integration **in the main tool (Power BI), to create, maintain and issue reports.
Furthermore, you will **support the Travel Market department **in several operative activities such as project management, POS implementations, business presentations, newsletters.

You will bring your university background in **Management, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or related **fields and your **strong **analytical**, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.**
Your capability to **manage multiple priorities** and assess and **adjust quickly to changes **will definitely be an asset for us.
Moreover, your **excellent **interpersonal** and communication skills**, both verbal and written, will be key to ensure proper support to the rest of the team.
Last but not least, you will leverage on your **extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint**.
