**About the Role**:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for the Area **North America Modern & Traditional Trade Development Specialist** for our Sales Business Development department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Your role extends to relationship management, where you'll **collaborate closely with local Sales and Trade Marketing teams**. By leveraging insights gathered from various markets, you'll aid in **deploying effective commercial activities**. Maintaining strong engagement with Ferrero teams in different countries will deepen your understanding of local market dynamics, enabling you to** provide valuable support** in meetings with **key internal stakeholder**s.
**Project management** will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You'll play an important role in the **execution phase of commercial projects** across **North America region**. This will involve **collecting information**, tracking progress, and making informed suggestions, fostering close collaboration with country teams to **ensure successful project implementation**.
**Who we are looking for**:
With ideally an MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field, coupled with **2-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Key Account Management within FMCG**, Consulting, or the Customer side of FMCG, you'll have the opportunity to work at a** global level **with high **visibility to the group's management**. Advanced** negotiation skills**, flexibility, and result orientation are highly desired qualities. Your adeptness in **data analysis **and ability to **engage with top-level management** will be crucial in this role.
Thanks to your fluency in English, which serves as the primary working language, you'll seamlessly navigate communication channels. In terms of IT skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly** PowerPoint and Excel**, will be essential for daily tasks. Knowledge of VBA would be advantageous, enhancing your effectiveness in this role.
