Votre Mission :
Au sein de la cellule « People Services », le stagiaire HR Operations se verra confier une variété de tâches opérationnelles et administratives en lien avec la gestion des carrières et des avantages en nature des employés (liste non exhaustive) :
- Soutenir l’activité quotidienne de l’équipe
- Traiter et suivre administrativement les mouvements du personnel : entrées, sorties, mutations, congés de maternité, congés parentaux, congés extraordinaires
- Assurer la gestion des absences et maladies
- Veiller à la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel et des outils de gestion du personnel
- Assurer la gestion des contacts avec les différentes administrations
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus RH
- Contribuer à différents projets RH (Exemples : amélioration des outils et des procédures RH)
- Gérer différentes tâches administratives : rédaction et traitement du courrier, mise à jour de l’intranet, rédaction des notes RH, déclaration rectificative, gestion des contraventions de véhicule de leasing, rédaction de divers documents RH (certificat de travail, avenant etc.)

- Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
- Sens relationnel développé
- Capacité de travail tant en équipe que de façon autonome
Formation/Expérience :
- Bac +3 minimum
- Une première expérience dans les ressources humaines est considérée comme un atout
Langues :
- Une connaissance parfaite du français et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais sont requises
