Afin de renforcer ses équipes, POST Telecom recherche actuellement un(e) Service Support IT (m/f)

Vos missions

  • Fournir un soutien de base aux utilisateurs finaux, incluant l'installation, la configuration et la résolution des problèmes matériels et logiciels courants

  • Aider à la maintenance et au dépannage des systèmes informatiques, y compris les ordinateurs, les imprimantes, les téléphones, les serveurs et équipements IoT

  • Assister dans l'installation, la configuration et la mise à jour des logiciels, ainsi que dans la résolution des problèmes liés aux applications et aux systèmes d'exploitation

  • Participer à la gestion des incidents informatiques en identifiant, en documentant et en résolvant les problèmes signalés par les utilisateurs tout en suivant les procédures établies pour garantir une résolution rapide et efficace des incidents

  • Participer à des missions de support chez les clients et être disposé à être détaché chez les clients à court ou long terme selon les besoins du service

  • Participer aux cycles d’astreintes afin d’intervenir sur des incidents 24/7

Votre profil

  • Être détendeur d’un diplôme CATP/DAP avec une spécialisation en IT

  • Avoir de bonnes connaissances Hardware (PC, imprimante, scanner, téléphone, serveur, …) et connaissances générales des systèmes informatiques

  • Avoir une capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques de manière logique et méthodique

  • Disposer d’une aisance relationnelle, d’excellentes capacités d’écoute et de communication

  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités et faire preuve de flexibilité et de proactivité

  • Être disposé à travailler en équipe tout comme en autonomie et démontrer de l’engagement personnel  

  • Être en possession du permis de conduire catégorie B (valable au Luxembourg) et être disposé à être mobile sur le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg

  • Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise, l’allemande et le luxembourgeois constituent un avantage
