About the Role:For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a General Procurement Buyer Eastern Europe (Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary...).
By covering this position, you will oversee leading sourcing activities for the specified category in close collaboration with the Region General Procurement Manager Europe Multi-Countries (EMC).
In this role, you will actively contribute to the execution of the category strategy on local market for the General Procurement categories (Marketing Services, Sales services, Facility, People Services, Security, Consulting, Professional Services, IT) according to the guidelines.
You will also perform analysis and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations & spend analysis and possible innovation, identifying sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies. Moreover, you will be led to apply the internal methodologies, procedures, and tools for RFI & RFQ.
You will ensure proper alignment with internal customers (Business Functions) requirements and demand.
Your role will be to manage procurement activities as vendor’s registration & qualifications in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct & Supplier Code. You will ensure and maintain supplier financial analysis and performance for assigned categories.
On top of that, you will lead negotiations with the suppliers to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI).
You will contribute to define and to maintain contracts for assigned categories, measuring, and improving their utilization.
Your mission will be also to maintain, consolidate, and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectives.
You will collaborate and support Group Category Leaders in executing strategic sourcing activities for categories assigned and with other Functions in the definition and implementations of policies.
Finally, you will support Procurement Service Center (PSC) in case of mismatches between orders, invoices and approve PO documents.
You will bring your university background in Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
You are a professional with around 4-5 years of experience in Procurement, demonstrating knowledge in supplier selection and qualification, tender/bid management, strategic sourcing, suppliers' portfolio management, budgeting, contract management, suppliers' performance, evaluation and supplier risk management with proved experience on the assigned category.
On top of this, you will bring your fluency in English.
