MANPOWER Luxembourg SA is recruiting for one of its customers, a FMCG company based in Findel;

IT Junior Buyer

6  months contract

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs market & spend analysis, provide the management with updated specific analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance.
  • Manages tenders for the awarding of projects and long term contracts, ensuring the service delivery and SLA while optimizing value for the company.
  • Conducts negotiations with suppliers of the category, in alignment with internal Contract Policy, the company’s Code of Business Conduct & Code of Ethics
  • Manages the relationship with the IT business stakeholders ensuring support and alignment on business requirement.
  • Support the team through the follow-up of the Supplier Risk Management tools, Responsible Sourcing campaigns, Minimum Insurance requirements.


Profile :

 

  • Min 3/4 years of experience in Procurement in a multinational environment, indirect procurement is considered as a plus
  • Fluent in English, other languages are considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba, MS Office
  • Stakeholder management, workload management, communication skills
  • Proactive behavior / open to the adoption of new tools
  • Easiness to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
