**Responsibilities and activities**:

- Monitoring, actioning, following & reporting all PRs/BoM/Requests requirements.
- Executing our Quotation and comparison to have the BVFM (Best value for money) decision.
- Initiate the KYC processes for new vendors and sharing that to our Compliance and Vendor Coordinator ensuring the proper Approval.
- Total Order management; expediting until reception/acceptance/completion of all purchase, repair and service Orders.
- Providing commercial cost analysis.
- To manage the repair process end to end,
- Negotiating buying prices and deliveries with suppliers.
- Supporting the project and sales teams with the research and selection of suppliers and sourcing of parts.
- Establishing and developing relationships with suppliers globally.
- Work closely with Technical, Commercial and Maintenance Departments to understand needs and forecast future buying requirements.
- Issue regular performance reporting/KPIs.
- Proactively seek ways to reduce spend on the procurement of aircraft parts, components.
- Keeps positive and open communication channels with all vendors and contracted shippers.
- Full transparency and ethical procedures.
- Be multi-task function to support sales and sales process as second or parallel activity.
- Be able to work and manage repair process.
- To guarantee that we have the proper traceability and approvals updated in our ERP system (Quantum) or any other action that is related to purchasing team that requires updating or action, specially the key user Procurement, but not limited to him/her.
- Backup of other purchaser and or any other need at MM BU
- Ability to manage decisions and work under pressure
