**About the Role**:
For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a **Category Manager Injection Molding and Thermoforming for our Rigid Plastic Packaging Procurement function.**

By covering this position, you will collaborate in the **definition of the category strategy** and **manage budget for relative purchasing Category** according to medium and long-term Group strategies.
You will manage the **procurement activities** for the Category of responsibility, collaborating to improve quality level, and to minimize procurement risk according to the Risk Management framework.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will collaborate with Category Leader in the** definition of the strategy of the Category of responsibility**, in alignment with medium and long-term Group strategies and responding to the business needs of Supply Chain/Packaging Functions.

**Building the budget and medium-term plan elaboration**, according to Group strategy and ensuring budget and medium-term plan objectives achievement respecting timing, costs, and required features by the Group will be under your responsibility.

Moreover, your role will be to** perform market analyses** and to constantly monitor the market and provide the management with updated specific analyses.

On top of this, you will **analyze the relative market**, identifying suppliers that are potentially suitable to Ferrero Group requirements in terms of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

You will **define contracts** and verify compliance of contracts and master agreements, while conducting** negotiation with suppliers**, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct.

Furthermore, you will **contribute to the risk profile evaluation** by monitoring and reducing risk as product availability, price volatility, through the implementation of specific actions/plans.

Finally, your role will be to **maintain, consolidate and improve relationships with existing suppliers**, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectives.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields with at least** 5 years of experience in Procurement.**

You are showing an **analytical mindset with strong communication, reporting and negotiation skills.**

Fast learner, you are demonstrating commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach.

Finally, you will bring your **knowledge of Microsoft Office** and your **fluency in English.**
