For our HQs based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a buyer who will be in charge of leading the sourcing activities for the clusters CEWA and LEVANTE for all categories in close collaboration with the Region Procurement Manager. 

By covering this position, you will lead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the guidelines.

You will analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations, and possible innovation. 
You will identify sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies. 
Your role will be also to ensure proper alignment with internal customers' (business functions) requirements and demands. 
 
Morever, conducting negotiations with the suppliers to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in terms of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality will be under your responsibility. 
You will build supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time. 
 
On top of that, you will collaborate and support Group Category Leaders in executing strategic sourcing activities for categories while maintaining supplier financial analysis and performance. 
You will manage the contracts for the different categories and measure their utilization.

Finally, your role will be to apply and follow relevant policies and procedures to pursue the category strategy consistently complying with the Group framework and guidelines. 

You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar with 3-5 years of experience in Procurement. 

You are mastering Procurement processes, and you are familiar with Indirect categories. 
You are showing an analytical mindset with strong reporting skills and a result-oriented approach. 

On top of this, you will bring your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
