Missons : 

  • Support Technique Utilisateur : Offrir une assistance technique de qualité aux utilisateurs, que ce soit par téléphone ou sur site, pour résoudre leurs problèmes informatiques.

  • Réaliser les tâches d'installation, de déplacement, d'ajout et de changement de matériel et de logiciels en respectant les procédures établies liée à IMAC.

  • Installation et Dépannage.

  • Gestion des Licences.

  • Sécurité Réseau.

  • Surveillance et Politiques de Sécurité.

Votre profil : 

  • Expérience réussie dans le domaine.

  • Maîtrise des protocoles de réseau, des technologies VPN, des pare-feu, des IDS/IPS et d'autres outils de sécurité.

  • Connaissance des Systèmes et Logiciels.

  • Capacités Analytique et Organisationnelle.

  • Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l'allemand, le luxembourgeois étant un atout supplémentaire.

  • Engagement envers l'Amélioration Continue.
