Tasks:

ServiceNow (SNow) CMDB customisation
Design of enterprise-scale CMDB data models aligned with CSDM 5.0
Discovery workshops to capture architecture building blocks and relationships
Customisation of ServiceNow foundation classes and CI models
Integration of ITOM, ITSM, CSM, and SPM data structures
Documentation of architectural decisions, constraints, and data models
Definition of phased approaches for managing reusable building blocks across business applications
Deployment across structured ServiceNow environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)
Integration of data and processes between ServiceNow and DevSecOps processes
Integration with DevSecOps platforms, and in particular CI/CD pipelines (cloud and on-premises)
Design and implementation of ingestion pipelines from DevSecOps platforms into ServiceNow CMDB
Mapping of infrastructure and application resources across domains
Design of integration flows and data models
Evaluation and implementation of integration mechanisms including:
APIs (scripted REST APIs, CMDB APIs)
Import Sets and Transform Maps
Event-driven ingestion mechanisms
Monitoring, logging, and error-handling strategies for data pipelines
Integration with CI/CD pipelines in cloud and on-prem environments

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB customization
Deep understanding of CMDB modelling and CSDM 5.0
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
Experience with cloud DevSecOps platforms (AWS, Azure, or sovereign cloud environments)
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code approaches, including:
AWS CloudFormation and equivalents
Event-driven automation (e.g., Lambda-style functions, event bridges)
Experience with on-prem DevSecOps tooling (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Docker, Python, shell scripting)
Strong background in enterprise system integration and API design

Additional Desirable:

Experience with large-scale DevSecOps environments across cloud and on-prem infrastructure
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
Understanding of enterprise configuration management and asset discovery tools
Awareness of tooling such as ITOM discovery platforms and third-party CMDB enrichment sources
