LUXUAV is an innovative technology company headquartered in Luxembourg , shaping next-generation airspace security for defence, civil, firefighting and police missions. We build a fully integrated Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) ecosystem that connects mission systems across ground, air, and stratosphere into one coherent governmental and commercial architecture. Role overview: The Financial Analyst coordinates full-cycle accounting performed by the fiduciary and ensures overall controlling of financial operations , tax, reporting, and short-term planning activities. Daily, the Analyst collaborates closely with the responsible colleagues of each department on invoicing, payments, data quality, other technical and functional financial matters. The ideal candidate can dive deep into operational and accounting processes, optimize and initiate new financial workflows, establish proper finance-related communication, and optimize and develop financial documentation. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the monthly VAT declaration process and ensure tax payment discipline in cooperation with accounting fiduciary.
- Oversee the timely preparation and submission of Intrastat and other obligatory financial reporting.
- Coordinate the interim and year-end closing process with the accounting fiduciary, build and visualize management reporting.
- Perform timely controlling of cash flow, assets, liabilities, etc. to provide recommendations to colleagues and management.
- Liaise with the purchasing responsible daily to ensure the timely collection of invoices.
- Communicate with suppliers on payments, invoicing, and other accounting-related issues.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, financial data input, and data quality checks in ERP.
- Prepare weekly cash-flow actuals and variance analysis, update the rolling forecast.
- Support the implementation of ERP financial modules in cooperation with technical specialists.
- Process employee expense reports and perform other daily financial operations. Qualifications & Experience Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Experience in full-cycle financial controlling, reporting, accounting and taxes (Lux GAAP, IFRS, intercompany).
- Adaptable to multinational accounting requirements and multilanguage documentation.
- Strong financial modelling and data visualization skills (advanced Excel, big data mining).
- Experience with ERP systems (ODOO is a plus).
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
- High level of self-management and initiative.

- National from a NATO member country or one of the following NATO Indo-Pacific partners: Australia, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand or Ukraine.
