Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst : Microsoft 365 & SharePoint for Digital Collaboration w/m NTT DATA Luxembourg brings together around 200 consultants supporting a diverse portfolio of local clients across financial services, public sector, industry and technology. Our teams combine strong local proximity with the international capabilities of the NTT DATA Group, with a particularly significant footprint across European institutions and large-scale transformation programmes. For one of our key clients, a major European financial institution based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for two Senior Business Analysts to strengthen its Collaboration Solutions environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform. The role You will work across a portfolio of projects, supporting initiatives from the initial business need through requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment and transition to operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gather, analyse, challenge and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and model business processes, workflows and user journeys.
- Facilitate workshops and act as the interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, developers, testers and external partners.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, impact analysis and requirements traceability.
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities, including test scenarios, UAT and defect follow-up.
- Identify dependencies, constraints, gaps and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation, process models, decision logs and knowledge-transfer materials. You may work across several initiatives simultaneously depending on priorities within the Collaboration Solutions portfolio. What we are looking for You have a strong Business Analysis background in complex IT environments and are comfortable working directly with both business and technical stakeholders. Mandatory

requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in an IT / computer science environment.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
- English at B2 level or above . Experience in the following areas will be particularly valuable:
- 5+ years with Microsoft SharePoint , ideally SharePoint Online.
- 5+ years working on document-centric and workflow-based projects.
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
- Enterprise Content Management and Information Architecture.
- BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling.
- Definition of governance and operating models.
- Change management and user adoption.
- Power BI.
