Job Description
Job Summary: Under general direction, the Senior Talent Management & Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the execution of talent management and talent acquisition programs across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to support recruiting, talent development, and workforce priorities. The position manages assigned recruitment activities, supports talent management processes, maintains accurate talent data, and contributes to the continuous improvement of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition practices. Responsibilities:
• Leads and supports enterprise talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Develops and executes proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Facilitates talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession discussions, and hiring decisions using structured and data-informed insights.
• Analyzes talent, workforce, and recruitment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develops actionable recommendations.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Talent Management and Talent Acquisition practices, processes, and programs.
• Develops and enhances tools, frameworks, and guidance to support effective hiring, onboarding, performance, development, and succession practices.
• Leads cross-functional talent projects and initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Identifies root causes of complex talent and recruiting challenges and develops sustainable process, system, training, or program improvements.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to HR, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition team members.
• Ensures talent programs, processes, systems, and documentation maintain strong data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
• Monitors program effectiveness and recommends enhancements based on business needs, stakeholder feedback, and talent data. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and French, including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition principles, practices, processes, and systems.
• Advanced understanding of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, recruitment processes, and talent pipeline development.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative talent and recruitment data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to partner effectively with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders.
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills, including experience leading talent reviews, calibration sessions, succession discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop practical process, system, training, or program solutions.
• Ability to lead complex projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, functions, or locations.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions with a high degree of independence and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion while maintaining strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process consistency. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience partnering with senior or executive leaders on talent and succession planning.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or multi-site talent programs.
• Experience coaching or mentoring HR, Talent Management, or Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Familiarity with change management and organizational development principles.
• Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems, talent management systems, or HR technology platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
• Experience developing recruitment, workforce, and talent analytics and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing, multi-site, or global organization. Work Environment:
• The role will be performed in a manufacturing setting with frequent exposure to equipment and machinery.
• May require occasional travel between plant locations and corporate offices.
• Flexibility to work in both an office and a plant environment is required.
