To support our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team in Luxembourg, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition team and Head of Human Resources Luxembourg and is dedicated to supporting the Luxembourg office. Working closely with the HR Luxembourg Team, the successful candidate will help deliver the Luxembourg people strategy, support workforce planning and talent initiatives, and contribute to the broader business and people priorities. This is a hands-on recruitment role with a strong focus on the day-to-day delivery of our trainee and internship hiring programmes. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding candidate experience, coordinating recruitment activity and ensuring the smooth execution of all recruitment processes and events. Your Role As an Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with candidates, the Head of HR, universities and colleagues across HR to attract, assess and hire outstanding early careers talent. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for trainee and internship programmes.
• Coordinating applications, candidate communications, interviews and assessments through our Applicant Tracking System.
• Reviewing applications, conducting candidate screenings and supporting selection decisions.
• Conducting HR interviews and providing recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Managing offers, intake planning and onboarding coordination with the Luxembourg HR Team.
• Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Planning and delivering recruitment events, university initiatives, job fairs, open days and candidate engagement activities.
• Maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports and monitoring key recruitment metrics.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure excellent recruitment delivery.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Early Careers recruitment process.
• Partnering closely with the Head of HR Luxembourg to support local talent priorities, workforce planning activities and strategic people initiatives for the Luxembourg office. • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a professional service, legal or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and coordinating large volumes of applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; German would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
