We are now looking for an experienced commercial leader to help us expand our footprint across Luxembourg, France and international government and defence markets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in telecommunications, defence, government or mission-critical technology sales and an established professional network in Luxembourg.

This is not a role focused on maintaining an inherited portfolio.

You will be expected to create opportunities, open doors, build strategic relationships and close significant business.

You will work directly with Stellar's leadership and technical teams, taking ownership of strategic accounts and complex opportunities from first engagement through negotiation, tender and contract signature.

The role combines business development, strategic account development and hands-on deal execution. You will engage with senior decision-makers across private companies, public institutions, government bodies, defence organisations and technology partners.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to become one of the key commercial figures behind Stellar's next stage of growth.

International travel is an important part of the role. Expect to spend meaningful time with customers, partners and prospects, as well as representing Stellar at major industry events around the world.

What You’ll Own

• Originate and close strategic business across Stellar's connectivity portfolio, with particular focus on enterprise, mobility, government and defence markets.
• Build and manage a high-value pipeline, identifying opportunities where resilient multi-network connectivity can solve critical operational challenges.
• Develop senior relationships with decision-makers, institutional stakeholders, government organisations, defence organisations, integrators and strategic industry partners.
• Lead complex commercial opportunities from initial engagement and solution definition through negotiation, procurement and contract signature.
• Own public and private tender opportunities, coordinating commercial, technical and administrative responses across the organisation.
• Expand Stellar's institutional network and market presence across Luxembourg and selected international markets.
• Translate sophisticated technology into compelling business outcomes, working closely with Stellar's technical teams to understand customer requirements and position the right solution.
• Represent Stellar internationally at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows and industry events.
• Develop long-term strategic accounts, identifying opportunities to expand relationships beyond the initial contract.
• Bring market intelligence back into the company, helping leadership understand customer priorities, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities.
• Work directly with Stellar's leadership and contribute to commercial strategy, partnerships and market development.

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in accomplished professionals who have already built credibility in their market and are looking for an environment where their experience, network and ability to execute can have a disproportionate impact.

Ideally, you bring:

• 10+ years of successful commercial experience in telecommunications, defence, aerospace, government technology, critical infrastructure or another relevant B2B technology sector.
• A demonstrable record of originating and closing complex, high-value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
• An established professional network in Luxembourg and/or France, ideally spanning telecommunications, government, defence, institutional or critical-infrastructure organisations.
• Experience navigating government procurement, institutional sales, public tenders or defence-related commercial processes.
• The credibility and communication skills to engage comfortably with executives, senior public officials, technical specialists and procurement organisations.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to move opportunities forward without requiring a large corporate structure around you.
• A genuine interest in connectivity, satellite communications, telecommunications and emerging technologies.
• Excellent English and strong French and/or Luxembourgish. Additional languages are highly valued.
• The willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
• Eligibility to work under a Luxembourg- or France-based employment contract.
• A former military or defence background is considered a strong advantage, particularly when combined with commercial experience and an established industry network.
