Introduction:

What you’ll do:

Commercialize & Lead Client Engagements: Act as the commercial face of our blockchain treasury platform in Luxembourg. Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with local financial institutions, translating complex platform capabilities into customized treasury solutions (liquidity & reserve matching) for clients.
Institutional Resource Orchestration: Lead business and system-level integration with institutional partners. Deeply understand clients' liquidity pain points and orchestrate internal resources (Product, IT, Compliance) to deliver tailored, market-winning solutions.
Define the Future Treasury Architecture: Architect and refine our real-time liquidity and reserve management framework using blockchain and AI. Ensure the overarching strategy aligns with regulatory guidelines (CSSF, etc.) and risk tolerance, shifting day-to-day ops to scalable, automated systems.
Cross-functional Innovation: Collaborate dynamically in a remote, globally distributed team environment to bridge the gap between traditional finance and digital asset frameworks

What we’re looking for:

The Entrepreneurial "Rainmaker": Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, institutional partnerships, or client-facing advisory roles within the financial services ecosystem.
Deep Treasury DNA: Minimum 5 years of solid understanding of treasury frameworks, liquidity management, fund operations, or transaction banking. You know the rules of the game well enough to disrupt them.
Local Market Clout: Strong network and understanding of the Luxembourg financial ecosystem (banks, ManCos, AIFMs, etc.).
Tech & Future-Forward: A genuine passion for Web3, Blockchain, and Digital Assets. Extensive, hands-on experience using AI tools and agents to drive productivity and operational excellence.
Execution & Collaboration: Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, and remote setup. Excellent cross-functional coordination skills (Accounting, Compliance, AML, Product).
Languages: Excellent command of English. French or German will be a strong competitive advantage for local and global stakeholder management.
