Head of Benelux and Nordics Business Development

A bit about the job:
Your role as the Head of Benelux and Nordic Business Development exists to drive growth and enhance Aviva Investors' market presence in these regions by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will deliver value by expanding market reach, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing Aviva Investors at industry events, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a high-performance sales team. You are accountable for strategic decisions related to sales and marketing plans, client relationship management, and market expansion in the Benelux and Nordic regions. These decisions include identifying market opportunities, setting sales targets, and determining the best approaches to achieve them. These decisions can be complex, involving market analysis, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal teams. The impact of your decisions is significant, affecting customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and Aviva Investors' market presence. Successful decisions will enhance client relationships, drive business growth, and contribute positively to the company's reputation and financial performance.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Investment Products and Solutions: A strong understanding of investment products, including ESG and sustainable investing.- Market Trends: Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Benelux and Nordic regions.- Client Needs: Insight into the needs of institutional investors, particularly in sustainability.- Sales Strategies: Knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniques.- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred and Relevant professional qualifications and evidence of ongoing professional development.
