- German: fluent to business fluent (oral and written)
- French is a plus

- Role and skills:

- We are looking for an Senior Project Manager (specializing in construction / TGA / building services) to work on renovation projects:

- Experience in project management of construction complexes (creation of management lists), ideal for the renovation of public building infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of construction project management (contracts/quality/deadline)
- Confident handling of the law, specifications / standardization (DIN etc.) in Luxembourg
- Experience in creating calculations for ROI metrics
- Basic knowledge of building physics (steam diffusion, heat transfer, ideal calculation of the thermal bridge)
- Basic knowledge of the technical building equipment (assessment of the system)
- Ideally basic knowledge of electrical and building management technology
- Experience in preparing and presenting results reports/feasibility studies
- Confident demeanor and good communication skills when dealing with customers
- Confident use of computer software (ideally Windows/MS Office luxEEB/CAD programs)
