**Your key responsibilities as a (Senior) Project Manager will include**:

- Leading the Client project delivery relationship and managing key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring essential project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading project meetings, maintaining action logs, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and clients.
- Tracking project performance using relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) to ensure alignment with goals and milestones.
- Overseeing resource utilisation to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Proactively managing risks, scope changes, and escalations, providing clear mitigation plans and root cause analysis where needed.
- Supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to enhancing the Client Delivery process and function.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a (Senior) Project Manager**:

- You must have extensive experience in setting up and delivering successful projects.
- You will bring excellent client engagement and relationship management skills.
- You will possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, both internally and externally.
- You should have a solid background in project management within fintech, financial services, or data-centric B2B environments.
- You must have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly and effectively.
- You must be fluent in both **English** and **French**, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both languages.
