**Job Summary**
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist Business Development and Client Attraction.
- Build market maps to understand key employers within your area of specialism.
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT boards, social media, and any other relevant channel.
- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Participate in tech conferences and meet ups to network with IT professionals.
- Build and develop your client portfolio providing expert consultation to ensure repeal business.
- Generate new leads and clients using your network and contacts.
- Act as a mentor to more junior members of staff, championing company best practices.

**Qualifications**
- A University degree is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a technical recruiter.
- 2+ years IT, Tech or Finance recruitment experience in a 360 agency role.
- English and French speaking.
- Strongly experienced in sales and business development.
**Skills Required**:
- Has a recruitment agency background.
- An excellent degree of competence with MS Office.
- A knowledge of how job boards (ICT Jobs ) and LinkedIn work.
- Hands-On experience with various online interview formats (e.g.: Teams, Zoom, Google, Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a strong network.

- Strong written and spoken in both French and English
- A self-motivated, target-driven mentality with a desire to overachieve.
- Approachable nature.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate independently whilst collaborating closely with other team members and peers.
