Project Manager

**Description**

Reporting to the Projects Team Leader in a team of 5, under the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer, you will be both internal and external Project Manager. In this role you have to support the development of new services, improving of processes and the on boarding of new clients.

As Project Manager, you will lead, coordinate, follow-up and report on ongoing projects in line with the services provided by JAO and may evolve accordingly. The projects are either related to market design/development, to the further development of our IT systems or the enlargement of our working area. The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for stakeholders in regards to new projects.

The Project Manager understands the company’s standard of conduct, assessed risks to objectives, and the related control activities at their respective levels of the company, the expected information and communication flow, and monitoring activities (here, control reviews and audits) relevant to their achievement of objectives.

The role may imply regular traveling.

**Responsibilities**
- You will coordinate future business development including drafting of roadmaps and sequences;
- As main point of contact you will hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients;
- You must coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- From the beginning on you will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- You are capable to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;
- Identify and keep track of risks and possible mitigation measured ;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Must-have requirements**
- You are fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills;
- You have a good aptitude to translate plans into actions and the ability to establish a coherent course of action to achieve goals ;
- You are recognized for your customer centric and commercial awareness, this makes you able to build strong relationship with your stakeholders and internal or external partners ;
- You have strong organization skills and pay the utmost attention to details while you are multi-tasking ;
- You are a good team member as well as an autonomous associate ;
- Your analytical reasoning makes you a problem solving professional ;
- You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office ;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or alternatively minimum 2 years’ Business Analyst experience and 2 years’ of Project Manager experience in **IT projects.**

**Additional Requirement**:
According to the Luxembourg law of July 23rd 2016 (as amended), the successful applicant will be required to provide a **Criminal Record** before signing the employment contract.

**Nice-to-have requirements**
- Experience in in the energy market is a plus ;
- PMP / PRINCE II is a plus ;
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment;
- You are flexible and adaptable.
