At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of complex projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
- Engage and manage stakeholders.
- Define business cases and project plans including scope, benefits, budget, resources, timeline and quality plans.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, collaborating with teams and stakeholders to prevent delays.
- Manage changes effectively.
- Provide regular project status reports, ensure Agile ceremonies are followed.
- Proactively identify changes that impact people, processes, and tool adoption.
- Support Change Manager if needed.
- Foster team collaboration and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor Degree and minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in project management for financial institutions/capital markets with a focus on both traditional and lean Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, involving technology and software solutions;
- Proven experience in managing engagements with third party vendors during project execution;
- Knowledge of financial systems i.e. Murex, Bloomberg, SWIFT;
- Experience in the following business areas: Financial Sector and Market Analysis, Economic Analysis, Funding, Asset Liabilities Management, Investment and Lending;
- Knowledge of the International organisation similar to the ESM business and operating model.
- Project Management and Lean-Agile certifications e.g. PMI, PM2, Prince2, MSP, SCFRUM, SAFe.
- Delivering projects under an AGILE framework and/or ScrumMaster or Product Owner experience.
- Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
