Project Manager

Reporting to the COO, you will have the responsibility of supervising the planning, implementation, and successful completion of intricate projects within the company
**Description**
- You will have to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets with the COO;
- You will have to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
- You will have to identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies;
- You will have to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success;
- You will have to monitor project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to the COO and other stakeholders.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management);
- 2-5 years of documented project management experience, preferably in the finance industry, focusing on technology and operational transformation projects, including budget and timeline monitoring;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Fluent in English.
