Fund Administrator – In-House, International Network, Autonomous

Dear Fund Administrators, our client is an international investment group with a strong and long-established presence in Luxembourg. The local team, made up of around thirty professionals, plays a central role in the group's fund servicing activities across multiple jurisdictions. The firm is known for its hands-on and long-term approach to value creation, as well as its structured yet human-scale work culture.

In response to the steady expansion of its fund operations, the company is currently seeking a Fund Administrator with proven experience in UCITS and AIF structures to join its Luxembourg office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality fund operations in a collaborative and well-organized environment.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Administrator – AIFM – UCI - Alternative Funds

  • Perform NAV calculations and ensure the timely and accurate preparation of fund valuations
  • Manage investor transactions and the shareholder registry, including subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
  • Prepare regulatory reports for the CSSF, support the audit process, and participate in internal control initiatives
    Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, compliance) and external providers to align data and timelines

Profile and Career Path | Fund Administrator – AIFM – UCI - Alternative Funds

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fund administration, with exposure to UCITS and/or AIF structures in Luxembourg
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations, including UCITS directives, AIFMD, and CSSF guidelines
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); any additional language is considered an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proactive problem-solving mindset
    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines in a regulated environment
