**Your role**
- Are you passionate about fund administration and have a keen interest in alternative products?
- Do you have a proven track record in overseeing fund administration services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements?

We are looking for a Fund Administrator Oversight Specialist to:

- Oversee and monitor the performance of fund administrators, ensuring they meet service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Perform independent plausibility control on Alternative Fund NAV calculation
- Review Performance fees calculations
- Identify and mitigate operational issue identified in the delegation chain.
- Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence on fund administrators, focusing on alternative investment funds (AIFs).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, compliance, and portfolio management, to ensure seamless fund operations.
- Prepare comprehensive oversight reports to senior management and the board of directors.

**Your team**
- You will be part of the Fund Administrator Delegation Oversight team within UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A. This team supports the oversight of functions delegated to external third-party entities. You will work closely with the Transfer Agent oversight team and the Custody oversight team.

**Your expertise**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration oversight, with a focus on alternative investment funds.
- Proven fund accounting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in fund administration.
- Organized and focused on results, with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - any other European language will be an advantage.
