**About the role**

Fantastic opportunity to join my client - European Asset Management Firm for this junior level role. We are looking for Administrative Assistant with excellent organization and communication skills. You will be providing support to other team members in their daily operations relating primarily to fund accounting operations and reporting and, secondary, to transfer agent operations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support and work closely with the Company Secretarial team on related tasks - including filing of documents with the RCS, RBE, etc.
- Preparation of meeting documentation, including preparing Power Point presentations, printing and binding.

**Your Profile**
- 2 years of relevant experience gained in Luxembourg.
- Bachelor degree educated or PA diploma.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint - Previous experience using Concur would be desirable but not essential.
- Fluency in English.
