**UX/UI Business Analyst**:
Your role

**As a UX/UI Business Analyst your role will entail**:
Comprehend and analyze the unique operational processes within the company;
Development of an interface tailored for the agencies and middle offices;
Focus on the business aspects of the interface, devising strategies on its effective utilization.
Author user stories and detailed requirements essential for the interface's functionality.
Understand, analyze, and optimize operational processes to align with the interface's objectives.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
Possess at least 6 years of professional experience
Knowledge in UX/UI design concepts to enhance interface usability.
Strong analytical skills to dissect and comprehend intricate operational workflows.
Proven ability to craft clear and concise user stories and requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and an open mindset.
Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail, team-oriented, organized, self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
