**Your role**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement **innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Enrich and promote our **Design System**, best practices, and standards (ensure consistency of customer experience across channels and devices)
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize customer journeys and design process
- Carry out **audits of existing web pages** or digital interfaces, assess the level of criticality of the identified problems and recommend solutions
- Test, measure and optimize deliverables continuously - you will be responsible for the usability of new digital features launched

**Profile and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or another related field
- Proven UX/UI design experience (min 4 years) with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
- Understanding of basic front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS & Javascript)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both French and English
