UX Designer/analyst

**| Your challenges?**:

- Take charge of design initiatives aimed at understanding user/customer needs and translating them into digital strategies and experiences;
- Create exceptional solutions through flowcharts, visual designs, storyboards, and site maps;
- Establish and uphold the design framework: a comprehensive collection of design components, style guides, user profiles, and workflows;
- Offer guidance on implementing user experience (UX) research methods and testing activities to evaluate user behavior;
- Conduct usability assessments and analyze user interactions.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Proficient in devising user experience strategies, including conducting consumer/user research and analysis, employing ideation and brainstorming techniques, sketching, prototyping, and validating concepts;
- Skilled in collaborating closely with agile teams to facilitate the effective and efficient implementation of designs;
- Exceptional abilities in graphic design, user interface (UI) design, typography, motion design, and creating responsive layouts;
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, UI trends, and techniques;
- Innovative and resourceful problem solver, adept at providing insights, leveraging best practices, and offering constructive feedback during strategic discussions;
- Excellent presentation, writing, verbal communication, influence, and collaboration skills;
- Impressive portfolio/work samples that showcase a high level of expertise in interaction design.
