**Senior Corporate Governance Associate - Asset Manager**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a range of corporate entities, building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Directors and third parties-providers under your scope.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff, drafting complex minutes, and appointments to boards across the various structures.
- Reviewing and drafting documents and procedures.
- Monitor corporate governance risks supporting the strong governance and control framework in place across Europe to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations.
- Assist in advising on managing, mitigating and monitoring corporate governance risks
- University degree in Law, finance, or corporate/company secretary certification.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position,
- Fluency in English
